Reconstruction of the area in front of the main railway station in Olomouc received the highest price in the competion category of transportation and water management structures.

The area prior to the main railway station in Olomouc is at the same time a significant urban public space and a major transition point of several means of public transportation. Reconstruction of the area, financed by the City of Olomouc, has improved safety, comfort and dispatch of passangers and created a living square in place of neglected and disorganised traffic junction. 

The chief designer of the project was Stavoprojekt Olomouc. Our specialists from Olomouc office participated on the design of the railway superstructure. Construction was executed by Skanska.
